Jordan is the owner-operator of Marmot Heating & Cooling, bringing 15 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry. A Fifth-generation Vancouver Islander and proud family man, Jordan is deeply rooted in the community he serves.
Throughout his career, he’s led teams, managed operations, and built a reputation for doing things the right way – with a strong focus on both company culture and customer satisfaction. He launched Marmot with a clear vision: to offer true Island service while building a business that’s not only known for excellent workmanship, but also as one of the best places to work.
Born in Port McNeill and now based in Port Alberni, Dakota brings 8 years of hands-on experience to the Marmot team. He’s worked in a wide range of roles and environments, giving him a deep, well-rounded skillset.
Calm, meticulous, and incredibly kind, Dakota is a true family man who’s always willing to help. When he’s not leading with quiet confidence, you’ll find him out exploring or fishing on our beautiful island with his wife and son.
